LICENSE AGREEMENT| 利用規約
LICENSOR: 0x4682B4 (a.k.a. Hexose or 六碳糖) is the creator and the Licensor of the Digital Content. The Licensor owns the intellectual property and all other rights related to the Digital Content. DIGITAL CONTENT: refer to any material included in the released file (including but not limited to the design, arts, Live2D models, 3D models, and scripts). The font is excluded. USER(S): Any natural person who obtains the Digital Content from the Licensor’s official release and agrees with this License Agreement can become a User of the Digital Content. LICENSE GRANT Licensor grants to User(s) a non-exclusive right and license to use the Digital Content in the defined Scope of Use, provided that the User(s) follow the Term of Use in this Agreement. No personalized or different types of authorizations will be granted under all circumstances. The license period begins on the date the user starts to use the Digital Content, and there is no fixed term regarding the period. However, the Licensor reserves the right at any time to terminate this Agreement and withdraw the user's right to use the Digital Content upon any Term of Use violations. The Licensor may amend the terms under this Agreement (including but not limited to addition, changes, or deletions) by releasing updates on the original release page of the Digital Content or their website. Therefore, the user shall check the information released by the Licensor regularly if possible. SCOPE OF USE - Any non-commercial uses are permitted. - Commercial use is LIMITED to live streaming and video creation (as a Vtuber). - Any other commercial uses (including but not limited to making merchandizes, or software) are NOT allowed. - Sublicensing is NOT allowed. The user cannot grant the license of the Digital Content to third parties. Transfer of rights or obligations is NOT allowed. TERM OF USE 1. Appropriate credit* must be given. Any permanent changes made to the Digital Content must be indicated**. 2. The usage must comply with national laws, regulations, and public morals. Follow platform and community rules when creating content. 3.The Digital Content cannot be used to create any work that contains sensitive topics/information including but not limited to political, religious, or celebrity-related topics. Toxic activities including but not limited to abusive, offensive, and hateful behaviours are NOT allowed. 4. Claiming (or acting in a way that implies) that you are the creator or the Licensor of the Digital Content is NOT allowed. 5. Claiming (or acting in a way that implies) that you commissioned me for this work or that the Digital Content is privately owned is NOT allowed. 6. Reselling or redistributing the Digital Content is NOT allowed. 7. Modifications and edits are allowed. However, any destructive (removing body parts/hair), insulative, or offensive changes are prohibited. 8. Creation of derivative work based on the Digital Content is permitted. DISCLAIMER The Licensor will bear no liability for any disputes or other issues that are caused by the users’ behaviours or their violation of laws or regulations. NOTE *Appropriate credit: 1. It must clearly convey the information that 0x4682B4 is the creator of this work as a whole (e.g., “Live2D Model by 0x4682B4”, “Art & Rig: 0x4682B4”). 2. It must be put in a permanent and easy-to-see place in a human-readable form. This can be your bio or channel description. 3. When used in private settings (e.g., online meetings, video chats), no credit is required. Private account posting or subscriber-only content is NOT counted as private settings. ** If permanent modifications were made, the changes must be listed after the credit information (e.g., “with color change”, “with hairstyle edits”). Please take the general/literal meaning of the word used in this document unless otherwise specified. For example, video means “The electronic medium for recording and reproducing moving visual images”. “VOD”, “clips”, and “shorts” are all videos.
