2021年5月31日をもって、ピクシブ株式会社のプライバシーポリシーを改定いたします。

◼︎改定箇所

各種決済サービスの提供と、広告配信の最適化を目的として、以下の条項の内容を改定します。

  • 「3 取得する情報及びその利用目的」に決済関連情報を追加
  • 「5 第三者への個人情報の提供等」に割賦販売法の定めに基づく情報を追加
  • 「5 第三者への個人情報の提供等」に決済処理を目的とした個人情報の預託情報を追加
  • 「6 クレジットカード決済利用に際して入力いただく情報について」に安全なクレジットカード決済環境を提供するための弊社ポリシーを追加
  • 「14 クッキーや広告識別子等の使用」に広告配信の最適化を目的として取得する情報を追加
  • 「14 クッキーや広告識別子等の使用」に広告配信を行う第三者企業の情報を一部追加
  • 「17 個人情報取扱事業者」に弊社情報を追加
  • その他、条項番号等の軽微な修正

発効日以降、引き続きpixiv含むpixiv関連サービス※をご利用になる場合、新しいプライバシーポリシーが適用されますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
また、改定後のプライバシーポリシーについては、pixivアカウントの削除とpixiv含むpixiv関連サービスの利用を停止することで、いつでも同意を解除することができます。

プライバシーポリシーの改定日には、改めて各サービスのお知らせページにて、改定の旨をご案内いたします。

pixiv Inc.'s Privacy Policy will be updated on Monday, May 31st, 2021.

◼︎ Updated articles

The following articles will be changed so that we can provide various payment services and optimize advertising.

  • Article 3, "Information Company acquires and purposes of use (according to each Service)", will be supplemented with information concerning payment services.
  • Article 5, "Provision of Personal Information to third parties, etc.", will be supplemented with information based on the provisions of the Installment Sales Act (Japanese: 割賦販売法).
  • Article 5, "Provision of Personal Information to third parties, etc.", will be supplemented with clauses about the entrustment of personal information for payment processing.
  • Article 6, "Information which Users input on the relevant screens on the Services when Users use settlement by credit cards" will be added and include pixiv Inc.'s policies aimed at improving credit card payment security.
  • Article 14, "Use of cookies and Advertising Identifiers etc" will be supplemented with clauses concerning information the Company acquires for advertising optimization.
  • Article 14, "Use of cookies and Advertising Identifier etc" will be supplemented with information regarding third-party companies displaying ads.
  • Article 17, "Personal Information Handling Business Operator" will be added, supplementing pixiv Inc.'s information.
  • Other minor fixes to article numbers, etc. will be made.

If you continue to use pixiv and pixiv-related services*, please note that the new Privacy Policy will apply from the date it comes into effect. You are free to disagree to the new Privacy Policy at anytime by deleting your pixiv account and thus freezing your account(s) on related services.

We plan to schedule an announcement on this matter on each service's website on the day the updated Privacy Policy goes into effect.
