Suspension of payouts to Payoneer, other money transfer service providers, and cryptocurrency service providers | Payoneer口座等を用いた資金移動業者および暗号資産業への振込停止について

In response to strengthened anti-money laundering regulations from Japan's Financial Services Agency, starting from February 2026, pixiv Inc. will gradually discontinue new account registrations and transfers to the following types of accounts.

• Accounts at money transfer service providers
  　E.g.: Payoneer, WorldFirst, etc.
  
• Accounts at cryptocurrency service providers
  　E.g.: CoinCheck, BitTrade, etc.
