サービス共通利用規約改定のお知らせ / Our Service Master Terms of Use will be updated

2026年6月22日（月）付で、ピクシブ株式会社のサービス共通利用規約を改定いたします。
ユーザーの皆さまが安心してご利用いただける環境を維持するため、禁止行為や違反対応に関する規定を整理しました。
なお、作品の表現内容に関する新たな禁止事項の追加はございません。
本規約は、pixiv、pixivFANBOX、BOOTH等、当社が提供する各サービスに共通して適用されるものです。規約を事前にご確認のうえ、ピクシブ株式会社が提供する各サービスをご利用いただきますようお願いいたします。
■改定の概要
今回の改定では、以下の条項において、文言の追加・変更を行います。
・第2条（個別規約等）：pixivリクエストに関するガイドラインへのリンクを追加（内容に変更はありません）
・第7条（アカウント作成）：誤記の修正
・第14条（禁止行為）：禁止事項の明文化・細分化
・第15条（違反行為等への処置）：違反対応の根拠の明確化
・第17条（投稿情報の削除）：参照法令の更新および条項の整理
・その他：終了済みサービス（pixiv Sketch LIVE、pixivポイント）に関する記述の削除
■改定の内容
以下の条項において、文言の追加・変更を行います。
第2条（個別規約等）
「pixivリクエスト クリエイターガイドライン」および「pixivリクエスト ファンガイドライン」へのリンクを追加しました。
ガイドラインの内容および運用していた事項に変更はございません。
第7条（アカウント作成）
条文中の誤記を修正しました。
第14条（禁止行為）
ユーザーの皆さまにより安心してご利用いただくため、禁止事項の明確化・細分化を行いました。
・権利侵害行為の具体化
・本サービス外での営利利用に関する禁止範囲の明確化
・当社または第三者に対する嫌がらせ行為の禁止
・出会い目的や禁止コンテンツのやり取りに関する事項の具体化
・禁止コンテンツの取り扱いに関する定義の明確化
・本サービスのレコメンド、ランキング、検索等の機能またはアルゴリズムの公正性を損なわせる行為の具体化
・商品の出品・登録等の取引禁止行為の具体化・細分化
第15条（違反行為等への処置）
違反行為等への処置の根拠として、共通利用規約のほか、各個別規約・ガイドラインに基づく場合があることを明確化しました。
なお、実際の違反行為等への処置内容および運用方針に変更はございません。
第17条（投稿情報の削除）
参照する法令名称を最新のものに修正しました。
あわせて、規約全体の重複を整理するため、第14条第1項（禁止行為）の「他者の権利を侵害する行為の禁止」に関する規定へ内容を統合し、旧第17条第3項を削除しました。
なお、著作権侵害を含む権利侵害行為に対する当社の対処方針に変更はございません。
pixiv Sketch LIVE個別規約および同ガイドライン、pixivポイント利用規約
2025年8月にサービスを終了した「pixiv Sketch LIVE」に関する利用規約およびガイドラインを削除しました。
・「pixiv Sketch LIVE」のサービス終了に伴い、pixiv Sketch LIVEに関する記述を削除
・「pixivポイント」の利用終了に伴い、pixivポイントに関する記述を削除

■施行日と適用について
本規約は2026年6月22日（月）より施行されます。施行日以降は、新しい規約のもとで各サービスを提供いたします。事前に内容をご確認のうえ、引き続きのご利用についてご検討ください。

On Monday, June 22nd, 2026, pixiv Inc.'s Service Master Terms of Use will be updated.
We have reorganized provisions related to prohibited conduct and our response to violations, to help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.
Please note that no new restrictions have been added regarding the content or subject matter of creative works.
These Terms of Use apply across all services provided by pixiv Inc., including pixiv, pixivFANBOX, and BOOTH. We encourage you to review the updated Terms before continuing to use our services.
■ Main revisions
The following articles have been updated.
・Article 2. Individual Agreements etc.：Added links to the pixiv Requests Guidelines (no changes to the guidelines themselves)
・Article 7. Account Registration：Corrected typographical errors
・Article 14. Prohibited Conduct：Clarified and reorganized prohibited conduct
・Article 15. Responses to Violation etc. and Cancellation of Registration：Clarified the basis for enforcement actions
・Article 17. Authority to Delete Posted Information：Updated legal references and reorganized provisions
・Others：Removed references to discontinued services (pixiv Sketch LIVE and pixiv Points)
■ Details of the revisions
The following articles have been updated.
Article 2. Individual Agreements etc
Links to the 「pixiv Requests Creator Guidelines」and「pixiv Requests Fan Guidelines」 have been added.
There are no changes to the content of these guidelines or to their operation.
Article 7. Account Registration
Typographical errors in the article have been corrected.
Article 14. Prohibited Conduct
To make the rules easier to understand, prohibited conduct has been clarified and categorized in greater detail, including:
・Clarification of rights-infringing conduct
・Clarification of restrictions on commercial use outside the Service
・Prohibition of harassment directed at the Company or third parties
・More detailed provisions regarding dating-related activities and the exchange of prohibited content
・Clearer definitions regarding prohibited content
・More specific provisions regarding conduct that undermines the fairness of recommendation, ranking, search, and similar systems or algorithms
・More detailed provisions regarding prohibited transactions involving products listed or registered through the Service
Article 15. Responses to Violation etc. and Cancellation of Registration
We have clarified that enforcement actions may be based not only on the Service Master Terms of Use, but also on applicable Individual Terms of Use and Guidelines.
There are no changes to our enforcement policies or the measures taken in response to violations.
Article 17. Authority to Delete Posted Information
References to applicable laws have been updated to reflect current legislation.
In addition, to eliminate overlap within the Terms, provisions previously contained in Article 17 concerning rights infringements have been consolidated into Article 14 (Prohibited Conduct) under the prohibition of conduct that infringes upon the rights of others. As a result, the former Article 17, Paragraph 3 has been removed.
pixiv Sketch LIVE Individual Terms of Use and Guidelines, pixiv Points Terms of Use
References to services that have already been discontinued have been removed.
・References related to pixiv Sketch LIVE have been removed following the service's closure in August 2025
・References related to pixiv Points have been removed following the end of support for pixiv Points
■ How to review the updated Terms

■ Effective date
The revised Terms of Use will take effect on June 22nd, 2026.
