"Aichikon jaku" is a collaboration work between the Nagoya Survival Society and the painter Caliwo. The Nagoya Suribachi Society is an organization with a deep knowledge of topographical exploration, history, archeology, design and architecture in and around Nagoya. Caliwo is a Japanese painter and specializes in works such as tile printing and ukiyo-e. It was planned by our newspaper company as a collaboration with Caliwo and the Nagoya Survival Society. It is a "near old and new story" unique to the Naruheso Newspaper, which was created by imagining the old and present scenery of Aichi, which I asked from the academic society members. The process of asking the story of an old landscape and spinning out the past details from the present perspective is a historical pictorial diagram dictated by careful research and imagination.
