本モデルを購入する時点で本利用規約に同意したものとします。利用規約の内容は変更する場合があり、最新のものが適用されます。 a)改変利用 本モデルは改変自由です。ただし改変する内容は利用する地域の法律を遵守してください。 b)個人利用について 個人が本モデルを利用して動画やイメージ、あるいは他のメディアを作成することを許可します。 オンラインSNS(VRCHAT等)で利用することを許可します。 ただし本モデル購入者以外に利用できる状況は禁止します。 c)商業利用について 本モデルを利用して営利活動(動画配信、ゲーム制作等)を行うことは許可します。 ですが、念のため事前にご連絡ください。 d)R18について R18/R18-Gへの利用は制限ありません、ただし利用する地域の法律を遵守してください。 d)注意事項 本モデルの再配布・販売・他人への譲渡は禁止します。 オンラインSNSで利用する場合、購入者以外に利用できる状況は禁止します。 特定個人や団体への誹謗中傷、政治、宗教活動を目的とした利用を禁止します。 e)著作権 本モデル及び改造したデータの著作権は元の製作者であるninfに帰属するものとします。 このモデルを購入していない、他のルートでデータを取得・利用する場合は製作者への著作権を侵害する行為とします。 f)トラブル 製作者であるninfは、本モデルを使用したことによるトラブルの損失を一切負わないものとします。 2021/02/01
Term of Use
After you this model, it means you have accepted and agreed by the following terms. a) Usage This model allow the purchaser to use and editing this model freely, but please follow the law of your local state. b) Personal Use This model allowed to be used on video, image or other media purposes. This model allowed to be used at community, but not allowed for the person who do not owned this model. c) Commercial Use This model allowed purchaser used on commercial (Make Youtuber vide, or make game), But please contact with ninf before that. Please follow your local state law regarding your profit methods. Other than that, this model is recommended to be used after being edited on commercial purpose. d) R18 Usage There is no limit for use on R18/R18G, once again, follow your local state law! e) Special Prohibited This model is NOT allowed re-published, sell, hand over to the person other than purchaser on all part of this model such as texture and mesh. Please avoid any kind of use on this model other than purchaser on al virtual community. This model is NOT allowed to be used on any kind of publicity of politic or religion activities, or other related activities. This model is NOT allowed to use for any kind of activities that are prohibited by the local law. f) Copyright The copyright ot This model, model after secondary edit, any parts from this model, belongs to ninf.
