to get this hair go to C:>user>(your name)>appdata (if it does not show click view,secret items)>LocalLow>pixiv>VroidStudio>hair_presets>drag the file then run vroid studio pick a model go to hair editor on the left top you should see preset 0 or another hair that you are using click the arrow next to it then click the preset you just dragged to the hair presets file
