This is a easy to SetUp Snow Cone Attack for Unity/VRChat. Simply drag and drop the Prefab on your Avatar so it is outside the Armature. Drag the wristbone in the ParentConstraint on the Prefab, press Zero and Active and place the "Position Me" component in the Scene where it should be and its done.
