Novel Summary

Spring comes for a young bakeneko. Sanuki is a city kitten. But he was abandoned to the countryside on a cold, rainy night. He ran blindly in a fierce storm and found shelter at a rundown shrine within the heart of a wild-growing forest. He became part of Kotatsu and Kōyō's lives, where the Land granted him a human form. In this form, he developed strong feelings for Kotatsu.
