Other players need to have a ring and middle finger contact on their hand for the pillow to rotate with their hand. This is usually the case by default but some avatars (mainly furry ones) may have issues. While I do intend to keep this updated for as long as possible, I cannot guarantee future functionality due to VRChat deprecating features that this product relies on.
