How to apply this texture
1. Choose One of Your Avatars 2. Navigate to the "Bottoms" section on the left clothing bar. 3. Select the + under custom 4. Choose Uniform Skirt 5. Select Edit texture on the right side of the screen 6. Right-click on the skirt layer under "texture" and select import. 7. Import the PNG provided VIA downloads here. 8. X out the upper left and select "Save as new item" You now can select and use the skirt on any model.
