Included in the Prefab are an FX layer, Animations. Nothing needs to be synced with for extra animations and prefabs unless you would like to make a toggle for the watch. Uses Constraints for animations to work. Warning, light intensity is set high by base. Avatar is not included, just a picture to show it on an avatar.
