So I went looking for a simple fox tail preset to help someone out, and all of the ones I could find were still from the old version of VRoid Studio. Here's a nice simple one created in the most recent version, so it's easy to import! It has the bones set so that it will drift and wiggle pleasantly once it's fixed to the model, as you can see here: https://youtu.be/AstaLiRLg-k ** INSTRUCTIONS AND NOTES ** Import the .vroidcustomitem file into the "Side" hair category. You may recolor the tail by going to "Edit Hairstyle" and selecting the texture and setting a Main Color. Please feel free to adjust the meshes and textures to your taste! I made this as a base for others to build on and learn from. VERY IMPORTANT: This tail will float freely behind your model. To attach it securely, you will need to import your model into Unity and edit it there. I would try searching for "VRoid tail Unity" on Google or YouTube to find an up to date tutorial on how to do this. This preset and its textures are free to use! You can use them for personal use, as part of commission work, for VR Chat, on models intended for streaming or games, and other similar purposes. Alter if you wish!
