i honestly just wanted a cute outfit with high waist bottoms, and while this did take a while to make, most of the items are made with presets, the only custom texture on this that took time, is the buttons on the bottoms, so this item is free due to that the shoes are the only part that isn't in this the outfit comes as a dress item as it was easiest to just get it all together like that would love to see the models if you use this ^^ TOS: don't claim you made it, no redistribution allowed
