アイテム概要
・このページは、特定のVRoidアイテムに対応する「肌テクスチャ用の落ち影」画像置き場になります。 ・アバターの立体感をほんの少しだけ強調するためのサポート画像群が提供されます。単体で完結するアイテムではありませんのでご注意ください。 ・基本的には当ショップで扱うアイテム向けですが、VRoid Studioのプリセットアイテムのものを作成することがあればそれも追加していく予定です。 （普段外部の画像編集ソフトを使っている方なら、ブラーのかかっている箇所をうまく切り貼りすれば色々なサイズの服に使えるかと思います） ※ 使い方は動画を参照してください。 ＜ 落ち影の種類 ＞ Preset: VRoid Studio本体に同梱されているテンプレート、プリセットアイテム用 A: Tシャツ用 (P017, P019, P021, P028) B: ショートパンツ用 (P018) C: ニットタンクトップ(短め丈)用 (P020) C2: ニットタンクトップ(通常丈)用 (P020R) D: ミニスカート用 (P007) D2: 更に短いミニスカート用 (P026) E: ニットミニワンピ用 (P002) F: プリーツスカート用 (P027) ＜ Zipファイルの内容物 ＞ Preset: PNG画像 x 1（今のところプリセットデニムショートパンツのみ) A: PNG画像 x 2（Tシャツ本体、長袖部品） E: PNG画像 x 3（クルーネック、タートルネック、オフタートルネック） その他: PNG画像 x 1 ＜ 画像の適用先 ＞ 体型 - 全身 ＜ その他 ＞ ・環境に設定された光源との位置関係によりシェーダーが動的に描画する影とは異なります。 ・写真の「アバターサンプルBさん」も「カラー変更可能なグレースケールの肌」に作りかえており、動画の内容とまったく同じ仕組みで影を落としています。 ＜ 更新履歴 ＞ Ver 1.1.0 ・長袖部品用の画像を追加 Ver 1.2.0 ・ベースパンツテンプレートで作成したミニスカート用の画像（D2）を追加 ・煩雑さを避けるためダウンロード用Zipファイルを1つに統合 Ver 1.3.0 ・ニットタンクトップの「通常丈」用の画像（C2）を追加 Ver 1.4.0 ・プリーツスカート用の画像（F）を追加（若干斜めに影が入るタイプです） （ご購入前に必ず利用規約をお読みください。zipファイルをダウンロードした時点ですべての利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。）
条件付き 再配布の許可
次項目の「利用規約」にある再配布禁止の部分をここに記載する内容で上書きし、以下の条件の元に再配布を許可します。（免責、その他禁止事項など、ここに記載のないものは「利用規約」の内容を継承します） ＜ 再配布可能になる条件 ＞ 1. VRoidStudioからエクスポートされ、VRM形式などの「完成されたアバターファイルの一部」として配布すること。（アイテム編集時の構成ではなく、関連するすべてのレイヤーが合成され、実行時用テクスチャ群の中の一枚としてアバター内に存在している状態） 2. 落ち影とペアになる服飾アイテムも再配布が許可されていること。（影のみではそもそも役に立ちませんので、この項目の内容が適用されるのは今のところ「VRoid Studioに同梱されているアイテム用の落ち影のみ」ということになります） ※ アイテムとしての著作権を放棄しているわけではありませんが、上記の条件をクリアしていれば自由にお使いいただけます。クレジット表示なども特に必要ありません。 ＜ この特例項目によって再配布可能になる例 ＞ ・VRoid Hub、その他VR-SNSのアバター共有プラットフォームで、このアイテムを使用したアバターを「自分以外が使用できる状態で」公開 ※ 「.vroidファイル、.vroidcustomitemファイル、テクスチャそのもの」など、アイテムを簡単に編集できる状態で配布するのは今までどおり禁止です。
利用規約
[ 購入者様ができること ] 動画配信、VR-SNSなど、このテクスチャデータを使用した３Dアバターでの一般的な活動は、商用、非商用問わずOKです。 購入者様本人が使用する限り、テクスチャの色味を変えたり独自のデザインを重ねたりなど、データの改変もOKです。 [ 著作権 ] 著作権は放棄していません。つまり、このテクスチャデータ自体、または改変したものに対して著作権を主張することはできません。 [ 禁止事項 ] データ改変の有無、商用、非商用にかかわらず、テクスチャデータの再配布は禁止です。 データ改変の有無にかかわらず、NFTトークン化やNFT関連作品への使用は禁止です。 VRoid Hub、バーチャル空間でのチャットなどのパブリックサービスに3Dモデルをアップロードする際、自分以外が使用できる状態にするのは禁止です。（これらは結果的にモデルに内包するすべてのデータの再配布行為となります） 犯罪行為、暴力、政治、宗教、アダルト（R18）、公序良俗に反する行為、またはそれらの恐れのある行為への使用は禁止です。 [ 返品規定 ] 簡単に劣化なしのコピーを手にできるデジタルデータという性質上、購入時に致命的な欠陥があった場合を除き、返品には応じられません。 [ 免責事項 ] このテクスチャデータを使用することにより発生した、いかなるトラブルや損害に対しても、NURIEYA ぬりえや は一切責任を負いません。 [ その他注意事項 ] 写真内の3Dキャラクタ、背景、一部の衣装やアクセサリなど、説明文中に明示されていないアイテムは含みません。 このテクスチャデータを使用するには、VRoid Studio ソフトウェア本体（Pixiv社より無料で配布）が必要です。 [ 利用規約の変更 ] ここに記載されている利用規約は予告なく改定される場合があります。

- This page is a storage area for "drop shadow images for skin texture" that correspond to specific VRoid items. - These are just support images that slightly enhance the three-dimensional appearance of your avatar, and are not complete items on their own. - The images are made basically for items available in this shop, but if I make one for a VRoid Studio preset item, I will add it as well. Terms of Use
[ What the Purchaser CAN Do ] General activities with 3D avatars using this texture data, such as video streaming and social networking in virtual reality, are OK for both commercial and non-commercial purposes. As long as the purchaser uses it, it is OK to modify the data, such as changing the color of the texture or layering an original design. [ Copyright ] We (NURIEYA) maintain the copyright. It means that NO copyright can be claimed for this texture data itself or any modifications. [ Prohibited Matters ] Redistribution of this texture data is prohibited regardless of whether the data has been modified, commercial or non-commercial use. NFT tokenization or use in NFT-related works is prohibited regardless of whether the data has been modified. When uploading a 3D model to public services such as VRoid Hub and chat in virtual space, it is prohibited to make it available to anyone other than yourself. (These are consequently acts of redistribution of all data contained in the model) It is prohibited to use this texture data for criminal acts, violence, politics, religion, adults (R18), acts that are offensive to public order and morals, or acts that may cause them.
