You may not resell the asset as-is with no alterations. You may, however, edit, transform, or build upon it for any purpose, even commercial ones. The fonts used in preview assets are "Oxanium " and "Quicksand," which are not included in the asset pack. Follow the links to check if the license is compatible with your project before downloading the font files. The example Background in the previews is by Minikle and is not included in the asset pack. The example character is one of the Ren'Py mascots, Lucy, who was drawn by Karamelow. The sprite is not included in the asset pack.
