バレンタインだ！プレゼントだ！ という事で、Homo Sapiens machinalis Projectさんと コラボしてTシャツをご用意しました。 無料アイテムですので、下部の利用規約をお読みになった上で 着倒してやってくださいませ。 なお、時期は未定ですが、現実で着用可能なTシャツがHomo Sapiens machinalis Projectさんから販売される予定です。 利用報告は不要ですが、して頂けると飛び上がって大喜びしますし、宣伝ご希望の方は宣伝させて頂きます！ 宣伝ご希望の場合は #ますかぷるの段ボール箱 をつけておいてください。 多くの方に着用して頂きたいのですが、諸事情あって利用規約が細かくなってしまいました。 判断に迷われた場合は、 maskaple.fragments[at]gmail.com までご連絡ください。 なお、このTシャツの文字は「アームドバナナ」をお借りしています。

・商用、非商用問わずお使い頂けます。 ・個人、法人問わずお使い頂けます。 ・全年齢でもR-18でもお使い頂けますが、棲み分けはきちんと行ってください。 ・VRoid Studioでのパラメータ設定は、モデルに合わせて変更可能です。 ・モデルの製作を行っている方もお使い頂けますが、モデル使用者の方にも、この利用規約は適用されます。 ・アイテムを着用したモデルを使っての動画配信、動画作成、写真撮影は大歓迎です。 ・著作権は放棄しておりません。Homo Sapiens machinalis Projectに帰属します。 ・アイテム利用によるトラブル等に関しては、一切の責任を負いません。 ・予告なくアイテムの削除、変更を行う可能性があります。 ・クレジット表記を行う必要はありません。特にR-18での利用の場合、クレジット表記を行わない配慮をお願いいたします。 ・アイテムを着用したモデルのグッズ制作および販売につきましては、応相談です。まずはご連絡ください。 ・下記の厳禁事項には抵触しないようお使いください。 [厳禁事項] 以下に該当する事は絶対に行わないでください。 ・再配布すること (ただしモデル製作者の方が、このアイテムを着用させた状態のモデルを、モデル利用者に渡す事は許可します) ・自作発言を行うこと ・アイテムのテクスチャそのものの改変を行うこと ・アイテムのテクスチャに記載してあるクレジット表記の削除を行うこと ・第三者が使用可能な状態でアイテムを使用すること ・NFTで使用すること ・現実に存在する政治、宗教等に関わる宣伝、アピールの際に使用すること ・アイテムそのものを利用したグッズの制作および販売 ・無申告での、アイテム着用モデルのグッズ制作および販売

-You are free to use regardless of commercial or non-commercial purposes. Available for use by individuals and corporations alike. -Usable for all ages, from all ages to R-18, but please ensure proper use according to age appropriateness. -Parameters in VRoid Studio can be modified to suit the model. -Those involved in model creation are also welcome to use, but users of the model are subject to these terms of service. -Video streaming, video creation, and photography using models wearing items are highly encouraged. -Copyrights are not waived and belong to the Homo Sapiens Machinalis Project. -We do not assume any responsibility for troubles arising from the use of items. -Items may be deleted or modified without notice. -You are not required to provide credit attribution. Especially in the case of R-18 use, we kindly request that you refrain from providing credit attribution. -Regarding the production and sale of goods using models wearing items, please contact us for consultation.
