A simple Unity editor script that can help you combine Metallic Map and Smoothness/Roughness Map, to be used in Standard shaders that use Metallic alpha as Smoothness source. 一个简单的Unity编辑器脚本,用以将金属度贴图和平滑度贴图合成为一张贴图,以在Standard Shader中使用时,将金属度贴图的透明度通道作为平滑度来源。

Installation: Import the unitypackage Usage: Open the GUI window from Window/MetallicSmoothnessMapCombiner, place the metallic and smoothness map into the corresponding fields (check is roughness if you are using a roughness map instead of smoothness). Click generate and the new file will be placed in the same folder as metallic map and named with the suffix '_smoothness'.

安装方法: 将unitypackage导入到Unity 使用方法: 在菜单栏中打开Window/MetallicSmoothnessMapCombiner以显示窗口。将金属度和平滑度贴图放在对应空位中(如使用粗糙度则需要勾选下方is roughness选项)。点击生成后,合并的贴图会被放置在原金属度贴图的文件夹,并添加_smoothness后缀。
