幅5cm、縦2.7cmのオブジェまたはキーホルダーです。 他の商品とあわせて、１回の発送でまとめてご購入いただけます。 【内容一覧】 オブジェ×1 又は キーホルダー×1 【制作にあたっての注意点】 本商品は３ＤプリンターによるＵＶレジン製の出力品となるため、以下の点にご注意下さい。 １. 購入者様ご自身で調整加工、組み立て、塗装をしていただくキットとなります。 キーホルダーはサポート材が付いた状態での発送となりますので、ニッパー、ナイフ、ヤスリ等で切り出し、表面を必要に応じて整えて下さい。 出力品はプラスチックに比べ欠けやすいため、力任せにサポート材を切り離すと本体側が欠けてしまうことがあります。 本体から1～2mm程度離れた部分をニッパーで切り出し、ナイフやヤスリで整える等慎重な作業を心がけて下さい。 ２. 出力品には必ず積層痕が発生するため、気になる箇所はヤスリ等で表面処理を行って下さい。 ３. 出力品をプリンターから取り外す際にサポート材底面が割れてしまったものもありますが、パーツ本体に問題はありません。 また、レジンの色味や濃淡はレジンの在庫状況により写真と異なる場合があります。 ４. パーツ全体の完全な二次硬化に心がけておりますが、奥まった部分には硬化しきれず、べたつきや匂いが残っている場合があります。気になる場合はＵＶライトや日光に30分程度当て硬化させて下さい。 ５. 塗装は模型用塗料で行うことができます。 ラッカー塗料を筆塗りした場合、表面処理を行わない状態では、全力で爪を立てると剥がれますが普通に触って遊ぶ程度では問題ありません。 表面を400番程度の紙ヤスリで荒らしてから塗装すると、爪を立ててもなかなか剥がれない強度が得られます。 ６.出力品に対して大きな負荷をかける、水分に触れる又は極端に湿度の高い状態に長時間置く等は変形や破損の原因となります。 また、材料の特性として経年劣化によりひび割れ等が発生する場合があります。 到着後、パーツの不足、破損等の不備がございました場合は、 取引ページのメッセージ機能にてお問い合わせをお願いいたします。
