If you have any questions about the products, feel free to contact the shop owner, who speaks English, at https://x.com/heyaplmx18. ★概要 この商品は高解像度の3Dプリンタ出力された未塗装のガレージキットです。デジタル彫刻家のLaksono氏によるデザインです。同氏の許可を得て販売しております。 ●名称：海辺を歩く女（A woman at a windy beach) ●製品番号：HMP014 ●原型：Mr. Laksono https://www.cgtrader.com/designers/gregoriuspambudi ●彩色見本：Mr. Laksono ●商品構成：全12パーツ ●全高：約29㎝　(1/6スケール) ★3Dプリンタ出力品の注意事項 8K・3Dプリンターによる自家製出力品です。主観にはなりますが、基本的にいわゆる普通のガレージキットに近い感覚で、むしろもっと簡単にご作成いただくことができます。とはいえ違いはあるので、以下に注意点をまとめます。 まず、高精細ではありますが、3Dプリンタ出力品特有のサポート痕、ズレ、パーツの歪み、積層痕などがある場合があります。樹脂の材質はガレージキット用に定評のあるSiraya社製のfast(白)を使用しています。ただし、仕入れ状況により変わる可能性があります。3Dプリンタで得られた樹脂は一般的に固くて脆いですが、この樹脂はドリル耐性なども強く、切削などの加工性も高いです。例えば私はドリルで穴を開けて、持ち手を差し込んで塗装しています。 原則サポートが付いた状態で出荷します。大きなパーツはサポートを外した状態でお送りする場合がございますが、そうでなければサポート材は除去が必要です。サポートの除去をするための道具で最も良いのは超音波カッターですが、切れ味の良いカッターやニッパーで切っていただいても問題ありません。サポート材は、すべてこれらで切る必要は必ずしもなく、ある程度目立つ部分(パーツの外周に位置するサポートだけ、など)を切っておけば、あとは手でもぎ取ることができる場合が多いです。サポート材が1部外れている、もしくは欠損している場合がございますが製品には問題ありませんのでご了承ください。 ごく稀に、パーツ表面に液晶モニタのドット欠けや暗線のような異常があったりしますが、こちらは無視してしまうか、パテや瞬間接着剤で埋めていただければと思います。私の場合は無視してしまうか、目立つ場合はシアノンで埋めています。離型剤（油）は塗布していませんので煮沸や洗浄の必要はありません。そのまま塗装していただければ、塗料の食いつきは抜群に良いです。私はプライマーも使用していませんが塗料は剥がれたことはないです。一般に3Dプリンタ出力品は水、溶剤に長時間浸さない方が良いと言われていますが、出品者は2時間程度ならば水につけながらヤスリで磨いたりはしても、問題があったことはありません。ただしあくまで私の経験談ですので、水へのつけ置きは30分程度までを目安にしていただくと安心かと思います。 樹脂は硬化済みですが、万が一べたつきを感じて気になった場合は直射日光下に５分程造形物を置くなどしていただければベタつきは無くなります。 あとは、ラッカー塗料を塗ってもベタつきは無くなります（私はいつもこの方法で済ませています）。 ★アフターサービス 商品のパーツ欠品・不備があった場合、twitterhttps://twitter.com/heyaplmx18.までお問い合わせください。製品の不備・欠損等のお問合せ対応は原則的に2週間以内とさせていただきますが、その後も可能な範囲で丁寧に対応させていただきます。日曜大工的な感じでやってますので、リクエストなどもお送りいただければ可能な範囲で対応させていただきます。そのほか、お困り事や相談事があればどうぞよろしくお願いします。 -- This product is an unpainted garage kit produced with high-resolution 3D printing. Subjectively, it is generally comparable to a regular garage kit, if not easier to assemble. However, there are some differences and points to note: While high-resolution, 3D printed products may have support marks, misalignments, part distortions, and layer lines. The resin used is Siraya’s fast (white), which is well-regarded for garage kits. However, the resin may vary based on supply conditions. Although 3D printed resins are typically hard and brittle, this resin is highly resistant to drilling and easy to work with. For example, I drill holes to insert handles for painting. Products are generally shipped with supports attached. Large parts may be shipped with supports removed, but otherwise, support material will need to be removed. The best tool for this is an ultrasonic cutter, but a sharp cutter or nippers can also be used. Not all support material needs to be cut; often, removing the prominent supports (such as those around the part's perimeter) is sufficient, and the rest can usually be broken off by hand. If some support material is detached or missing, it does not affect the product's integrity. Occasionally, the surface of parts may have defects similar to dead pixels or dark lines from an LCD monitor. These can be ignored or filled with putty or instant adhesive. I either ignore them or fill them with cyanoacrylate if they are noticeable. No release agent (oil) is applied, so there is no need for boiling or washing. The paint adheres very well without any treatment. I do not use primer, and the paint has never peeled. It is generally advised not to immerse 3D printed products in water or solvents for extended periods, but based on my experience, there have been no issues with sanding while submerged for about two hours. However, for safety, limiting water exposure to around 30 minutes is recommended. The resin is cured, but if any stickiness is noticed, placing the object in direct sunlight for about five minutes should eliminate it. Additionally, applying lacquer paint will also remove any stickiness (which is my usual method).
