Modifications: You may modify the assets to suit your needs, but you may not distribute or sell modified versions of the assets. However you can sell modified versions if it is a part of a Virtual world, or a part of a game. Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Recommended shader / Shader I use
