In VRoid Studio, apply to your model by importing through Hairstyle > Ahoge. Click on the icon that newly appears, and it will apply to your model. Edit how close/far away wings are from your model by entering 'edit texture'. Adjust by selecting wings dragging the dots closer/away from character model. When done - select save through top left options. Save your model for export. Enjoy.
