数ある作品・お店の中からご覧頂きありがとうございます！ Thank you for arriving on this page! 冬のアクセサリー「きんつば」 きんつばは寒天を混ぜたあんのまわりに小麦粉の薄い生地をつけて焼いた、四角い和菓子です。 江戸時代誕生当初の丸い形が刀の鍔に似ていることから「銀鍔(ぎんつば)」と名付けられていましたが、銀より金の方が上等で縁起が良いということで、「金鍔(きんつば)」と呼ばれるようになったといわれています。 (参考:富澤商店　きんつばとは https://tomiz.com/column/kintsuba/) 四季の庭では、生地から見えるあんの透け感とグラデーションにこだわってお作りしています。 Winter accessory "Kintsuba" Kintsuba is a square Japanese treat made by baking a thin wheat flour dough around a red beans paste mixed with agar. When it was first created in the Edo period, it was named "Gintsuba" (silver tsuba, tsuba is a part of Japanese Sword, Katana) because its round shape resembled the tsuba of a sword, but it is said that it came to be called "Kintsuba" (gold tsuba) because gold is considered more superior and auspicious than silver. The shape became square after the Meiji period.
