Procedural Metal Shader

A fast shader that can be used to procedurally generate a metal-like texture. The effect is reactive to it's environment, with no pre-baked materials such as matcaps or cubemaps. Some worlds may produce poor effect (dull/flat) due to subpar world lighting or reflections. v1.1 update - Feb 10th 2025 + Added culling modes + Added distance based quality level + Added additional GPU instancing + Added brushed metal effect generation + Added example materials for a few metals (Bronze, Gold, Gunmetal, Platinum, Silver) You may need to adjust bump scale for a smooth effect, depending on the objects applied to. High bump scale + brushed metal mode can now produce a patterned texture. Please review the Gunmetal material for an example.
