The necklace is waiting for you in the "neck" accessory section and should be perfectly fitted out-of-the-box. You can press the "restore all default color" button if dressing in the studio to get the look above. If your scene involves a lot of head movement or a look-back, the accessory might clip through the neck (a common HS2 accessory problem). For these cases, please use the skinned version of the necklace available in the "Glove" and "Sock" categories. Depending on your scene lighting and graphics mod settings, the necklace may not have the same glittering effect as it does in my scene. If this is the case, play around with the gloss and metallic sliders and adjust to taste. If that still doesn't do it, try opening material editor and adjusting the anisotropic values.
