The mouth can be moved more by using face tracking such as vive or quest pro. There are HD version for smooth tracking and SD version with reduced VRC Parameter for less accurate tracking. You can use both versions according to your preference. For equipment that can only move the tongue in and out, such as pico4 pro and Quest Pro, the tongue can be moved up, down, left, and right with the wheel menu.
