2. Copyright Information
The two-tone bubble squirrel character design is copyrighted by the artist (腿短欣). The model's copyright is jointly owned by 腿短欣 (illustrator) and 欧Kei (modeler) and is registered as an official artistic work. Buyers are granted personal-use rights only. You must credit the model's creators and may not claim any additional ownership rights. One purchase grants one-person usage rights. Reselling, sharing, gifting, transferring, renting, or using the model for group/organization purposes is strictly prohibited. 双色泡泡リスのキャラクターデザインは、イラストレーター**(腿短欣)に著作権があります。 モデルの著作権は、イラストレーター(腿短欣)とモデラー(欧Kei)が共同で所有し、公式な美術作品として登録されています。 購入者には個人使用権のみが付与されます。モデルの制作者を必ずクレジット**し、追加の所有権を主張することはできません。 1回の購入につき1人のみ使用可能です。再販、共有、譲渡、貸与、贈与、グループや組織での使用は固く禁止されています。
3. Permitted Uses

4. Prohibited uses
Do not distort or defame the model’s appearance. Do not use the model’s image for AI training. Do not use the model for illegal, unethical, or inappropriate activities. The creators are not responsible for any disputes arising from misuse of the model. If you violate these rules, the creators reserve the right to revoke usage rights. モデルの外見を歪めたり、誹謗中傷する行為を禁止します。 モデルの画像をAI学習に使用することを禁止します。 モデルを違法、不道徳、または不適切な行為に使用することを禁止します。 モデルの誤用により生じたいかなる紛争についても、制作者は一切の責任を負いません。 これらの規則に違反した場合、制作者は使用権を取り消す権利を有します。

You are allowed to: recolor or modify the model’s textures. Write your own background lore. Use body parameters to change outfits with accessories. The bonus illustration included with the full version may be used for captain gifts.
