In addition to the story featuring the younger sisters of the Tsutsumi family, which was previously published on another site, there is another route in which the three girls from the Fat Game arc, which was serialized in X, lose weight and return to school, only to rebound, and a completely new story featuring photographer Harumi Takigawa. It also includes a collection of standalone illustrations from the Fat Game arc. Some rejected illustrations are also included in the "plain" section. An English version is also included.
