該当ショップにある作業物の著作権は”Calneo【クリオネの化身】”にあります。 製品を購入および使用する際には、以下の利用規約に同意するものとみなします。 1.禁止事項 -データの共有/再配布/再販売禁止 -宗教的、反社会的、または差別的な内容に使用することを禁止 - 製作者を詐称、又は本人の作品の偽装行為を禁止 -データ商品の為、払い戻しはできません 2.商用利用 - booth 商品サンプル写真での活用、配信での使用、映像撮影での使用のみ商用利用可能です。 -上記以外の商用利用を禁止 義務ではありませんが、商品サンプル写真や、配信、映像作品に"深層標本室"の名前を書いて頂けると幸いです。 3.二次創作 -金銭が絡まない二次創作については特に禁止していることは御座いません -二次創作物を商用利用する際は”Calneo【クリオネの化身】”の許可、該当商品名、”深層標本室”の明記が必要です -二次創作を商用利用したい際は該当ショップのメッセージに直接その旨をお伝えください --------------------------------------------------------------- The copyright for the works available at the specified shop belongs to “Calneo 【クリオネの化身】”. Commercial Use -Commercial use is allowed only for sample photos on Booth, usage in live streams, and use in video recordings. -Commercial use outside of the above cases is prohibited. -It is not mandatory, but I would appreciate it if you could include the product name and "深層標本室" in sample photos, streams, or videos where the product is used. 3. Derivative Works Non-commercial derivative works are not explicitly prohibited. For commercial use of derivative works, permission from “Calneo 【クリオネの化身】” along with the inclusion of the product name and credit to “深層標本室” , is required.
