【オーダーメイド指定の可否について】

ユニコッフィーちゃん風船、CT30”M各種とQL18"Rネックアップ印刷についてはオーダーメイド指定をいただくことは可能ですが、その際は『片面印刷』となります。 ご了承下さい。

【星空みずき先生 応援項目について】

この販売項目は、イラストを描画いただいた絵師さまに直接BOOST応援をするものです。 応援金額につきましては、せいらさん工房より絵師さまにそのままの額をお渡しします。 ※BOOTH手数料(5.6%)を差し引いた額となります。 ※まとまった金額で送金するために、絵師さまにお渡しするのが数ヵ月後となる場合もあります。 ※諸般の事情により応援項目を下げることはありますが、お預かりした金額につきましては責任をもってお届けします。 ※原則的にこちらの応援項目を選択いただいたことによる、せいらさん工房からの何らかのお礼的なものをお送りすることはありません、ご了承ください。

【郵便局留めについて】

・イラスト風船の到着を家族に知られたくない ・待つよりも早く取りに行きたい ・郵便受けの中に入れっぱなしになるのが不安だ という方にはご自宅への配送ではなく、最寄りの郵便局への局留めを行うことも可能です。 (せいらさん工房ではレターパックライトを使用して配送を行っているため『郵便局』留めとなります) ご希望される方は第一次制作受付締め切り前(おおよそ受け付け開始日から51時間後の主に月曜日23:59まで)に、BOOTHメッセージでその旨をお伝え下さい。 *★*――――*★**★*――――*★* 【重要】送付先住所欄にはお住まいのご住所をご記入下さい。郵便局での引き渡しの際にご本人確認をお名前だけでなく併記された住所でも確認することが今後求められる可能性を考慮してのお願いです。 *★*――――*★**★*――――*★* その際に「どこの郵便局への配送希望か」をお願いします。 『郵便局名』をお伝えいただければ、郵便局の住所等をせいらさん工房で検索してそちらに配送させていただきます。 なお、似たような名称の郵便局名が存在する場合は追記で郵便番号や住所を記載していただけると助かります。 https://x.com/atelier_seira/status/1706053866448622075?s=20 (上のような事例もあるため)

【ご注文品の総量がレターパックライト１通に収まらない場合について】

レターパックライトでの配送は「厚さ３ｃｍまで」となっています。そのため、たくさんご注文いただいてこの厚さ制限を超える可能性がある場合は、レターパックライトを２通使用しての分割配送を行う場合があります。 また、それ以上の注文量(レタパラ３通以上が必須)となった場合、レターパックライトからヤマト運輸での宅急便に切り替える場合もあります。(郵便局留め指定の場合はゆうパック) いずれの場合も追加の送料についてはせいらさん工房で負担しての配送となります。 また逆に、複数回のご注文品を１通のレターパックライトにまとめて送付する場合は、余分にお預かりしたレタパラ代の代わりとしてQL16"Rサイズを１つ同封することで相殺をさせていただいています。(応援額やBOOSTなどにより他の風船になる場合もあり) これらは予告なく行う場合もありますので、予めご了承下さい。
