** English below ---------------------------------------------- 酒促小姐 　1/12スケール 　高さ：17cm 　パーツ数：約180 　デカール，PVCシート付属 ■作品について 台湾の自宅近くにあるセブンイレブンの前に，台風で飛ばされてきた看板が当たって傾いてしまった一対の郵便ポストがありました．台北では有名なこのポストを模型化できないかとひとしきり思案し，台湾式居酒屋（熱炒）でよく見る酒促小姐と呼ばれるビール販促員との組み合わせを思いついてガレージキットにしたのがこちらです． 構想開始は2022年の年末から2023年の年始頃．まだ台湾にいた時期なので，夜中に巻き尺を持ってポストまで出かけていき，コソコソ採寸したりしたものです． 当時，某有名大作ゲームに感化されていた影響もあり，ややサイバーパンク風の性格を持たせることを考え（その世界で不要になっただろうポストを別の用途 ―最終的に冷蔵庫― へ転用する案の起点でもあります），近未来における巨大企業の社会支配と政府の形骸化といったような事情も比較的細かく反映しているのですが，紙面に限りがあるため（あるかどうか知りませんが）説明は別の機会に譲ります． 冷蔵庫の中身がビールになったことで，パーツの過半数がビール瓶となり，だいぶ頭の悪い部品点数になってしまいました．そのビール瓶に貼付する夥しい数のデカール作成にあたっては，データ編集と印刷にお仲間の多大な協力をいただき，ポストに貼る分と併せて簡単に最高の見栄えが実現できます． また，サイバーパンク，冷蔵庫，ということで電飾仕上げを考慮に入れ，市販のLEDユニットを収める部品構成にしていますので，余力に応じて活用いただくことも可能です． ■ご注意 ・本製品は未塗装未組立のガレージキットです． ・本製品のパーツはレジンキャスト品です．パーツにはバリ、気泡などがございますので，必要に応じて修正ください． ・作例に使われたケーブルは付属しません． ・本製品のコピーや転売はおやめください． ---------------------------------------------- BREW BELLE 　1:12 scale 　Height : 17cm 　Number of parts : approx. 180 　Includes decals & PVC sheet ■About The subject of this kit is a well-known pair of tilted mailboxes in Taipei, struck by a flying sign during a typhoon. They became something of a local landmark, and I thought it would be interesting to turn them into a model. After consideration, I came up with the idea of combining the mailboxes with a beer promotion girl often seen at Taiwanese pubs (熱炒). Work on the concept began around the end of 2022 into early 2023. Since I was still living in Taiwan at the time, I even went out late at night with a tape measure to sneakily take dimensions of the mailboxes. Influenced by a certain blockbuster cyberpunk-style video game, I gave the piece a bit of a cyberpunk edge. That line of thought—mailboxes no longer needed in a future society, repurposed instead as refrigerators—came out of that mood. It also reflects, in relatively fine detail, circumstances such as the social dominance of megacorps and the hollowing out of government in a near-future setting, but due to space limitations (I'm not sure if there really are limitations, though), the explanation will be left for another occasion. Because the refrigerator interior is filled with beer, more than half of the parts ended up being beer bottles. For the creation of the enormous number of decals to be applied to the bottles, I received tremendous support from a friend in data editing and printing, and together with the decals for the mailboxes, the best possible appearance can be achieved with ease. In addition, the kit is designed to accommodate commercially available LED units. With a bit of extra effort, you can light up the model for a cyberpunk-style display. ■Notes - This item requires assembly and painting. - The parts of this item are made with resin casting. Since each part has burrs and bubbles, please remove or fix them as needed. - Cables used in the sample on this page are not included. - Don't copy or resale.
