利用規約（Terms of Use） この利用規約（以下、「本規約」といいます）は、129129（以下、「当方」といいます）が Boothにて販売するデジタル衣装・小物データ（以下、「本データ」といいます）の利用に関する条件を定めたものです。 購入者（以下、「ユーザー」といいます）は、本データをダウンロードまたは利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。 1. 利用可能範囲 本データは個人利用の範囲内でのVRChat、cluster等における利用を許可します。 YouTube・Twitch等での動画収益化を目的とした利用は原則許可します。ただし、企業案件等を含む商用利用の場合は事前にご相談ください。 R-18コンテンツでの使用は許可します。ただし、プラットフォームのガイドラインに準拠してください。 2. 改変について ユーザーは本データを自由に改変して使用することができます。 改変後のデータであっても再配布・再販売は禁止します。 クレジットの削除・偽装は許可されていません。 3. テクスチャ・イラストについて 本データに使用されているテクスチャやイラスト等のビジュアル素材は、すべて当方が権利を保有しているか、正当な許諾を得たものです。 これらの素材を本データ以外の用途で使用・再配布・流用することを禁止します。 4. 禁止事項 以下の行為を禁止します。 本データまたはその改変物の再配布・再販売・譲渡 本データを使用したNFT・AI学習素材・自動生成サービスへの利用 政治的・宗教的・反社会的活動への利用 当方や第三者の権利を侵害する行為 その他、公序良俗に反する目的での利用（極端な差別表現・誹謗中傷等） 5. 法人・商用利用について 法人または営利団体による利用、企業案件・有償コンテンツ等での使用は事前の協議が必要です。 協議の上で利用が認められた場合は、必ずクレジット表記を行ってください。 6. クレジット表記（任意／法人は必須） ©129129 配布元：https://129129.booth.pm/ 7. 免責事項 本データの使用によって発生したいかなる損害・トラブルについても、当方は一切の責任を負いません。 本データの内容は予告なく変更・修正・配布停止される場合があります。 8. 規約の変更 本規約は予告なく変更されることがあります。 最終更新日：2025年8月21日
Terms of Use
Terms of Use These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are established by 129129 (“we” or “us”) for digital clothing and accessory data (“the Data”) sold on Booth. By downloading or using the Data, the purchaser (“User”) is deemed to have agreed to these Terms. 1. Permitted Usage The Data is allowed for personal use within social VR platforms such as VRChat. Monetized use in video content (e.g. on YouTube, Twitch) is generally permitted. For commercial use, including corporate sponsorships or paid content, prior consultation is required. Usage in R-18 content is allowed, provided it complies with the relevant platform's community guidelines. 2. Modification Users are allowed to modify or customize the Data for personal use. Even modified versions may not be redistributed or resold. Credit falsification or removal is prohibited. 3. Textures & Illustrations All textures and illustrations used in the Data are owned by us or used with proper authorization. These assets may not be reused, redistributed, or extracted for any other purposes outside the original Data. 4. Prohibited Activities The following actions are strictly prohibited: Redistribution, resale, or transfer of the Data or its modified versions Use in NFT-related projects, AI training datasets, or automated content generation services Use for political, religious, or antisocial purposes Any infringement of our or third-party rights Use in content that violates public morals or includes extreme expressions such as discrimination, hate speech, or harassment 5. Corporate and Commercial Use Corporate users or organizations must contact us in advance for any commercial use. When permission is granted, proper credit attribution is required. 6.
