利用規約 当ショップをご覧いただき、ありがとうございます。 当ショップでは、手描きの作品とAI生成を用いた作品の両方を取り扱っております。 皆様が安心して、また私自身も大切に作品を届けていけるよう、以下のルールを定めています。ご利用前に必ずご確認ください。 1. 利用の基本ルール 当ショップの素材は、お客様の活動を彩るパーツや装飾としてご利用いただけます。 ただし、著作権は放棄しておりません。すべての権利は当ショップ「Natsuiro-art」に帰属します。 2. 素材のタイプによる使い分け 当ショップでは、素材を大きく2つのタイプに分けています。各商品の説明欄にどちらのタイプか記載していますので、必ずご確認ください。 ① 【Natsuiro-Standard】（汎用素材） 🔸個人利用・商用利用 基本、個人利用も商用利用もOKです。こちらも一般的な利用範囲内でご使用ください。 🔸利用例 ・SNSやブログでのアイコン、サムネイル、投稿など ・他の素材との合成、加工（サムネイルや配信用の壁紙の素材と合成） ・紙や布などへの印刷（プレゼント用ラッピング、本などの挿絵、グッズ） ・収益化された動画の素材、本の挿絵、同人誌、動画やゲーム、他 🔸加工 リサイズ、トリミング、色変更、描き込み、アップスケール、他素材との合成など、ご自由に行えます。 🔷NGなこと 下の禁止事項の内容に準ずる。 ② 【Natsuiro-Collection Plus/Solo】 （商用OK） 用途に合わせて2種類あります。 どちらも、「作品を構成するパーツ」としてではなく、活動の装飾としてお使いください。 【Plus】（一部商用OK） 各種用途の素材にのみ、ご使用できます。各ページの詳細をご覧ください。 ※Plusの素材の個人利用はOKです。 【Solo】（個人・非営利のみ） 各種用途の素材にのみ、ご使用できます。各ページの詳細をご覧ください。 【Natsuiro-Collectionでの加工・使い方】 🔸加工の範囲 ◎OKなこと 素材の原型を保つ範囲（文字入れ、色調補正、トリミング）でお願い致します。 ×NGなこと 手描きでの描き込み（自分のサインや、オリジナル性のある文字や絵などの書込み）・アップスケールはご遠慮ください。 🔸素材の主従関係 4.禁止事項の「素材が主となる商用利用の禁止 」をご確認ください。 利用例がございます。 3. 成人向け（R-18）作品への利用 基本禁止にしておりますが、素材ごとに可否を設定しているものもあります。一律での許可はしておりませんので、必ず各商品ページの説明に従ってください。 4. 禁止事項 以下の行為は、素材の種類を問わず一律で禁止いたします。 🔷素材が主となる商用利用の禁止 二次配布・転売：加工の有無を問わず、素材そのものをデータとして配布、販売すること。 ◎OKな例 ・背景として使い、その上に自分のキャラクターを載せる（面積が素材の方が大きくてもOK！） ・画像に文字を入れたり、色を変えたりして、自分の動画やブログのアイキャッチにする ・アイコンやヘッダーとして使用する ×NGな例 素材をそのまま、あるいは色変えのみでTシャツ・スマホケース・LINEスタンプ、等にして販売、素材集としての再販することなど 🔷自作発言：作者を偽って公開・投稿すること。 🔷AI学習への利用：当ショップの素材をAIの学習データ（LoRA制作等）として読み込ませること。SNSプラットフォームのシステムによる自動的なAI学習については、禁止事項には該当しません。あくまで「ユーザー個人や第三者が、意図的に特定の学習データ（LoRA等）を作成すること」を禁止しています。 🔷商標登録・ロゴ採用：素材をメインにしたロゴ作成や、権利登録を行うこと。 🔷公序良俗に反する利用：誹謗中傷、犯罪行為、反社会的なコンテンツでの使用。 5. キャンセル・免責・了承事項 🔷返品・返金 デジタルデータの性質上、購入・ダウンロード後の返品や返金には一切応じられません。 🔷利用責任 素材の使用により発生したトラブルについて、当ショップは一切の責任を負いかねます。 🔷実績としての公開 ご利用頂いている配信や画像等を、Natsuiro-artの実績（ポートフォリオやSNSでの紹介）として公開させて頂くことがございます。 6. クレジット表記・使用報告 クレジット表記（作者名やショップURLの記載）や報告は「任意」です。 もしご紹介いただける場合は、以下の情報をご活用ください。活動の励みになります！ ショップ名：Natsuiro_art URL：https://natsuiroart.booth.pm/

Please check the description of each product to confirm its type. ① 【Natsuiro-Standard】 (General Purpose Materials) • Personal & Commercial Use: Both are generally permitted within the scope of standard use. • Examples of Use: * Icons, thumbnails, and posts on SNS or blogs. ◦ Combining or processing with other materials (e.g., backgrounds for thumbnails or streaming wallpapers). ◦ Printing on paper or fabric (e.g., gift wrapping, book illustrations, physical merchandise). ◦ Assets for monetized videos, doujinshi, games, etc. • Editing: You are free to resize, crop, change colors, add drawings, upscale, or merge with other materials. • Prohibitions: Please refer to the "Prohibited Matters" section below. ② 【Natsuiro-Collection Plus/Solo】 There are two versions based on your needs. Please use these as "decorative elements" for your activities rather than "parts that constitute the core of a new work." • 【Plus】 (Partial Commercial Use OK): May only be used for the specific purposes listed on the product page. Personal use is permitted. • 【Solo】 (Personal & Non-profit Only): May only be used for the specific purposes listed on the product page. [Editing & Usage for Natsuiro-Collection] • Permitted Editing: Limited to modifications that preserve the original form (e.g., adding text, color correction, cropping). • Prohibited Editing: Please refrain from adding hand-drawn elements (such as your own signature or original illustrations/text) or upscaling. • Dominance of Material: Please refer to the "Prohibition of Primary Use" in the Prohibited Matters section. 3. Adult (R-18) Content Use in adult content is generally prohibited. However, permissions vary by item. Please check the specific product page for its individual policy. 4. Prohibited Matters The following actions are strictly prohibited for all materials: • Prohibition of Primary Use for Commercial Purposes: * Secondary Distribution/Resale: Distributing or selling the material itself as data, regardless of whether it has been edited. ◦ Permitted (OK): Using it as a background for your own character; using it as an eye-catcher for videos/blogs by adding text or changing colors; using it as an icon/header. ◦ Prohibited (NG): Selling the material "as-is" (or with only color changes) on T-shirts, phone cases, LINE stickers, or reselling it as part of a material pack. • False Authorship: Claiming you created the work or posting it under a false name. • AI Training: Using our materials as training data for AI (e.g., creating LoRAs). Automated AI learning by SNS platform systems is not a violation; we specifically prohibit individuals or third parties from intentionally creating specific training datasets (LoRAs, etc.) using our work. • Trademark/Logo Registration: Registering a logo or trademark that primarily features our material. • Offensive Use: Use in content involving slander, criminal activities, or anti-social behavior. 5. Cancellations, Disclaimers, and Agreements • Returns/Refunds: Due to the nature of digital data, we cannot accept any returns or refunds after purchase or download. • Liability: Our shop assumes no responsibility for any trouble or damages resulting from the use of our materials. • Portfolio Use: We may showcase streams or images where our materials are used as part of Natsuiro-art’s portfolio or for promotion on SNS. 6. Credits and Usage Reports Giving credit (author name or shop URL) and reporting usage are optional.
