It comes with a full range of fixtures and items such as traffic cones, tire racks, notices, mailboxes, storage sheds, and tables. Everything is included as shown in the images. The basic model is a prefab with nothing attached except a collider, and for development purposes it comes with a prefab that allows you to open and close the door with the E key and turn the lights on and off with a switch. By reducing the number of fixtures, the number of polygons can be significantly adjusted, so it should be possible to support VR chat.
