本商品に含まれる書道作品、画像データ、3Dデータ等の著作権は、すべて制作者に帰属します。 本商品を購入された方は、本規約に同意したものとみなします。 ⸻ ■ 利用可能な範囲 ・商用利用は可能です。 ゲーム、映像、VR/AR、展示などの完成作品への使用を許可します。 ・本商品は、背景・装飾・空間演出など、制作物の一部として使用する場合に限り利用可能です。 書道作品・データそのものを主目的とした利用はできません。 ・クレジット表記は不要です。 ⸻ ■ 改変について ・額縁、配置、サイズ、色調、背景、演出等、 書道の文字部分以外の改変は可能です。 ・書道の文字そのものに対する改変は禁止します。 ⸻ ■ 印刷について ・個人鑑賞、または販売・配布を伴わない展示を目的とした印刷は可能です。 ・本商品を印刷物として販売・配布する行為は禁止します。 ⸻ ■ 禁止事項 以下の行為を禁止します。 ・本商品およびその一部の再配布、再販売、無償配布 ・書道作品・画像・データを素材として抜き出して使用する行為 ・改変の有無を問わず、第三者が利用可能な形での配布・共有 ・本商品の全部または一部を主目的とした販売 ・自作発言、作者を偽る行為 ・NFTへの利用、AI学習への利用 ・その他、一般的な良識の範囲を超え、制作者の意図を著しく損なう利用 ⸻ ■ その他 ・本商品はデジタルデータのため、返品・返金には対応しておりません。 ・本規約に違反した場合、制作者は利用の停止を求めることがあります。 ・本商品の使用によって生じたトラブルや損害について、制作者は一切の責任を負いません。 ・本商品はUnity上【2022.3.62f2(LTS)】での動作確認を行っています。 VRChat SDKを用いたワールド・アバターでの動作確認は行っていません。 ・本利用規約は、必要に応じて予告なく変更される場合があります。

By purchasing this product, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms. ■ Permitted Usage Commercial use is allowed. Usage in completed works such as games, videos, VR/AR, exhibitions, etc. is permitted. This product may only be used as part of a work, such as for backgrounds, decorations, or spatial effects. Use that focuses primarily on the calligraphy artwork or the data itself is prohibited. Credit attribution is not required. ■ Modifications Modifications to the frame, arrangement, size, color tone, background, effects, and other elements excluding the calligraphy characters themselves are permitted. Modification of the calligraphy characters themselves is prohibited. ■ Printing Printing for personal viewing or exhibitions without sales or distribution is permitted. Selling or distributing printed materials of this product is prohibited. ■ Prohibited Actions The following actions are prohibited: Redistribution, resale, or free distribution of this product or any part thereof Extracting and using the calligraphy artwork, images, or data as materials Distribution or sharing in any form that allows third parties to use it, regardless of modifications Selling this product or parts of it as the main purpose Claiming authorship or misrepresenting the creator Use in NFTs or AI training Any other use that significantly damages the creator’s intent beyond general common sense ■ Others As this product is digital data, returns and refunds are not accepted. If these terms are violated, the creator may request suspension of use. The creator is not responsible for any troubles or damages arising from the use of this product. This product has been tested on Unity version 2022.3.62f2 (LTS). It has not been tested with VRChat SDK for worlds or avatars. These terms of use may be changed without notice as necessary.
