LICENSE OF USE ─────────────────────────────────────────────── - This file includes clothing, accessories, hairstyles, and textures for 3D models, designed as costumes or complementary content for personal characters. - The content is licensed for **PERSONAL USE only.** - It is **NOT** allowed to resell, redistribute, or upload these files to other platforms. - Explicit commercial use is **NOT** permitted (e.g., charging to access, view, or use). - They may not be used in videogames, films, or other commercial products without prior authorization. ─────────────────────────────────────────────── 2. MODIFICATIONS AND DERIVATIVE WORKS ─────────────────────────────────────────────── - Modifying the files does not grant distribution rights. Redistribution is only allowed if the final model contains MORE THAN 60% original content. - Textures, accessories, and clothing can be used on other personal models as long as the original files or their parts are not redistributed. - Modified models also cannot be uploaded or shared if they still retain significant parts of the purchased files. ─────────────────────────────────────────────── 3. USE IN DIGITAL CONTENT ─────────────────────────────────────────────── ✔️ ALLOWED: - Use on social media, streams, videos, animations, personal projects. - Indirect monetization such as donations, subscriptions, or ad revenue on platforms like Twitch or YouTube. - Use as background or extra characters in monetized animations or videogames (as long as they are not the main focus). ❌ NOT ALLOWED: - Sale, rental, or direct/indirect distribution of the content. - Use as the main character in videogames or commercial films without authorization. - Explicit direct monetization (e.g., charging to view, download, or access the model or content including the model).
