A simple mechanism allows visitors to choose locally whether they prefer to hear the speaker on stage (voice/avatar) or a participant in the audience (voice/avatar). Often, stage amplification alone does not solve the problem of background noise from the audience. In this implementation, the needs of all participants are taken into account.
