【フォント利用規約】 Quiet Surfaceが配布・販売するフォントデータの利用条件について記載しています。 ご購入・ダウンロード・使用を行った時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。 ■1. 著作権について フォントデータおよび関連するデザイン・プログラムの著作権、その他の知的財産権は、Quiet Surface（M.M）に帰属します。 ■2. 使用許諾範囲 個人・法人、商用・非商用を問わず、以下の用途でご利用いただけます。 ・印刷物（チラシ、ポスター、書籍等）への使用 ・Webサイト、バナー、SNS等の画像制作 ・映像作品、動画配信（YouTube等）、広告での使用 ・ロゴ制作、商標登録（ただし、フォントそのままの形での商標登録はご遠慮ください） ・PDF、ゲーム、アプリ等へのフォントデータの埋め込み クレジット表記は任意です。 ■3. 禁止事項 以下の行為は禁止します。 ・フォントファイル（.ttf / .otf）自体の二次配布、転売、貸与、譲渡。 ・フォントを改変し、新たなフォントファイルとして再度配布・販売すること。 ・Webフォントとしてサーバーにアップロードし、不特定多数がフォントをダウンロード・利用可能な状態にすること。 ・フォントそのものを主たる価値とする再販売 ・公序良俗に反する内容、反社会的な活動、誹謗中傷を目的とした制作物での使用。 ■4. 免責事項 ・フォントの使用によって生じた、いかなるトラブルや損害についても、制作者およびQuiet Surfaceは一切の責任を負いません。 ・フォントのインストールや使用方法に関する個別のサポートは原則として行っておりません。 ・不具合・仕様変更等について、修正やアップデートを保証するものではありません。 ■5. 規約の変更 本規約は、予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後は最新の規約が適用されます。 -------------------------------------------------- 【制作者情報】 屋号：Quiet Surface 制作者：M.M 制定日：2026年5月15日 -------------------------------------------------- 【End User License Agreement (EULA)】 This agreement is between the licensee (User) and Quiet Surface (Designer: M.M).
