By acquiring or using this Addon, you expressly and unreservedly accept all the clauses described herein. 1. Intellectual Property and License of Use The Addon is a paid commercial software product, protected by international intellectual property and copyright laws. The purchase of the Addon grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, individual, and non-transferable license to run the software in digital production environments. This license does not imply the transfer of intellectual property rights, source codes, or proprietary rights over the software, which remain under the exclusive ownership of the original creator. 2. Distribution Restrictions and Prohibited Use In order to safeguard the commercial and proprietary integrity of FastBake, the following actions are strictly prohibited: Redistribution: Sharing, gifting, lending, or transferring the Addon files, in whole or in part, to third parties under any circumstances. Resale: Marketing, sublicensing, renting, or profiting directly or indirectly from the sale of the software or its derivative installers. Public Hosting: Re-uploading, indexing, or publishing the FastBake files on any online platform, forums, cloud storage services, shared public repositories, or any other file-sharing website. 3. Refund and Return Policy IMPORTANT: Due to the intrinsic nature of digital goods and products, which are delivered via direct download and remain permanently at the immediate disposal of the customer once the transaction is processed, NO returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted under any circumstances. The user explicitly acknowledges that they lose the right of withdrawal from the purchase once the download of the installation files has begun or direct access to FastBake has been provided. 4. Modifications and Updates The developer reserves the right to modify the software, alter prices, or discontinue specific features in order to optimize technical performance. Continued use of the Addon following any modification to these terms will constitute implicit acceptance of the newly established conditions. 5. Limitation of Liability FastBake is provided "as is", without any express or implied warranties regarding its total compatibility with future versions of Blender or third-party modifications outside the tool. The developer is not liable for any data loss or technical incompatibilities resulting from improper use of the software.
