✧ VRoidファイルのみ (VRoid File Only) 1. 個人利用および配信での利用 (Personal & Streaming Use) ✧ 本ベースは個人利用を目的としており、ご自身のVTuber活動や配信活動用アバターとしてご利用いただけます。 2. 商用利用およびコミッションについて (Commercial Use & Commissions) ✧ 商用・拡張ライセンス（Commercial/Extended License）をご購入いただいていない場合、本ベースを使用した第三者向けのコミッション（有償制作）や販売行為は、いかなる場合も固く禁止いたします。 3. クレジット表記 (Credits) ✧ プロフィール、概要欄、またはモデルが使用される場所には、常に原作者として私のクレジットを表記してください。 (例：Base by: Nefuu) 4. 改変について (Modifications) ✧ ベースモデルやテクスチャの改変・カスタマイズは自由ですが、改変された場合であってもクレジット表記の義務は免除されません。 5. 禁止事項 (Prohibited Use) ✧ NFT、ブロックチェーン、およびAI学習（AIトレーニング）への使用は固く禁止いたします。 ✧ 成人向けコンテンツ（NSFW）、過度な暴力、またはヘイトスピーチを含むコンテンツへの使用は禁止です。 6. 再配布の禁止 (Redistribution) ✧ オリジナルおよび改変されたファイルの再配布、転売、共有は行わないでください。また、VRChat等で「Public（パブリック）」アバターとしてアップロードすることは禁止いたします。 7. 免責事項 (Liability) ✧ 今後のソフトウェア（Unity、VRoid、Blender等）のアップデートによって生じる互換性の問題について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。 8. 利用規約への同意 (Agreement) ✧ 本ベースを購入またはダウンロードした時点で、本利用規約に同意したものとみなします。 || ✧ Only VRoid File 1. Prohibited Use ✧ Use in NFTs, blockchain, or AI training is strictly forbidden. ✧ Use for sexual (NSFW), extreme violence, or hate speech content is prohibited. 6. Redistribution ✧ Do not redistribute, resell, or share the original or modified files. Do not upload as a "Public" avatar in VRChat. 7. Liability ✧ I am not responsible for future software updates (Unity, VRoid, Blender) that may cause compatibility issues. 8. Agreement ✧ By purchasing or downloading this base, you agree to these terms.
