Copyright is NOT waived. This is not free-to-use or public domain material. Please use it only within the scope of these Terms of Use. [Permitted Uses] ① Modification is allowed. ② Use on platforms such as Cluster, VRChat, and similar services is allowed (including use as an avatar or stage costume). ③ Uploading the data in a form that allows other users to freely use it (such as a VRChat Public Avatar) is prohibited. Please use it only in settings where the data can be used by yourself alone (such as a Private Avatar). ④ Use in video streaming, social media posts, and monetized content is allowed. However, please be sure to read the restrictions regarding avatar use described in the "Prohibited Uses" section below. ⑤ V-Livers and VTubers may use only the outfit (clothing data) on their own existing avatar for streaming activities. ⑥ Permission and credit attribution are optional. ⑦ Commercial use is allowed, including merchandise sales and digital content distribution. ⑧ You may sell merchandise (such as acrylic stands, badges, etc.) and distribute or sell digital content (such as digital images and digital CD artwork) featuring illustrations or images of avatars or characters wearing this outfit. ⑨ This is permitted as long as you are not selling or distributing the 3D data itself, including modified versions. [Prohibited Uses] ① Redistribution, resale, or claiming authorship of this data (including modified versions) is prohibited. ② Selling or distributing the outfit data, whether modified or unmodified, in a form that allows others to use it as a 3D asset is strictly prohibited. ③ Using this avatar itself as your exclusive V-Liver/VTuber body (personal character) for streaming activities is prohibited. [Reason] Because this avatar is a shared avatar available to all users, this rule exists to prevent viewers from mistakenly believing that it is your exclusive character, which may cause conflicts with other users of the same avatar. [Exception] Streaming while using this avatar is permitted if you clearly inform your audience that "this is a publicly distributed avatar (or outfit) that anyone can obtain and use."
