Tomoko Kuroki's costume, from WataMote. Add the dark circles (darkcircles.png) in Face Editor>Skin section and reduce the layer opacity to your liking (I'd recommend around 50). For the shoes, use "Highcut Shoes". Add the socks as a layer in body section.
