Instructions
You only need to add a new layer in the textures of the body and import the textures in the case of the shoes use the high cut sneakers with a flat shape and change the textures, finally for the sweater like top use a Long Coat (High Neck)

In the PSD files you can find everything used in the textures, there its not a really clean and perfect work but maybe you can use it and have fun
