デザイン・モデリング：管理姉貴(@natubayasi_mm) 使用ツール：Blender2.81a ポリゴン数：△740ポリゴン とあるForceメンバー用のシンボルマークになります。 【内容物】 KFmark.fbx readme.txt 【利用規約】「V1.0」 ※ 本モデルを使用する場合、下記の利用規約内容すべてに同意したものとみなします。 ※ 本規約は日本語版と英語版に齟齬がある場合、日本語規約が優先されます。 項1　＜規約前提＞ 1.本3Dモデル並びにシンボルマークの著作権は管理姉貴(@natubayasi_mm)(以下：製作者)が有しており、著作権の侵害または利用規約を違反した場合、法的措置をとる場合があります。 2.本3Dモデルの使用により発生したトラブルや不利益に関して、製作者は一切の保障・関与を致しません。 3.本3Dモデルの使用に対し本規約で対応出来ない状況が発生した場合、製作者は予告した上で規約内容を変更する場合があります。使用者は変更後も当3Dモデルを利用し続けることにより、変更後の利用規約に同意をしたものとみなされます。 4.本3Dモデルは予告なく公開を停止する場合がございます。 5.本3Dモデルを組織・企業・団体で共有して使用する場合は別途製作者へご相談ください。 6.本3Dモデルの改変を含む利用に関して規約違反が認められた場合並びに製作者が必要と判断した場合、使用者に対して当データの使用停止及び製作者が必要かつ適切と判断する措置を講じることができるものとします。 項2　＜禁止事項＞ 1.本3Dモデルの作成者・著作権者を偽ることを禁止します。 2.改変の有無に関わらず本商品に含まれるデータの非購入者への再配布や売買を禁止します。 3.非購入者が本3Dモデルをダウンロードできる状態すること禁止します。 4.アバターのアップロードができるSNSやゲーム等で、本3Dモデルを購入者以外の不特定多数が利用できる状態にすることを禁止します。 (例：VRChatのPublic設定、ペデスタル機能など) 5.犯罪行為、反社会的活動並びに製作者が使用に相応しくないと判断したものへの利用は禁止します。 6.本3Dモデルのデータを容易に抽出可能な状態での創作物の配布を禁止します。 項3　＜許可事項＞ 1.アバターのアップロードができるSNSやゲームで、購入者のみが使用できる設定でアップロードする事を許可します。 2.本3DモデルのR-18・R-18Gへの利用を許可します。(ただし、棲み分けはしっかりと行われるものとする) 3.購入者のみが使用できる状態での、データ変換を許可します。 4.本3Dモデル及びデザインを使用した利益の発生する動画配信、同人活動、映像作品、イラストなどの創作行為を許可します。 5.VRChatのワールドオブジェクトの一部として設置することを許可します。 6.自作の配布・販売ゲームへ、ゲームアセットとして組み込んで使用することを許可します。 項4　＜改変に関して＞ 1.本3Dモデルは以下を除き変更を禁止いたします。 1-2.元データの意匠を損なわない範囲で拡大・縮小を許可いたします。 1-3.元データの意匠を損なわない範囲でマテリアルの変更、テクスチャ変更を許可いたします。 2.購入者のみが使用できる3Dモデルとして改造・改変アバターへの着用を許可します。 3.本3Dモデルの購入者同士における改変を含むデータ共有を許可いたします。 English [Terms of Use] "V1.0 When you use this model, you are considered to have agreed to all the contents of the following terms of use. If there is any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions of this agreement, the Japanese version will take precedence. Section 1 ＜Terms of Use The copyright of this 3D model and symbol is owned by kannrianeki (@natubayasi_mm) (hereinafter referred to as "the creator"), and legal action may be taken in the case of copyright infringement or violation of the terms of use. 2. The creator shall not be responsible for any trouble or disadvantage caused by the use of the 3D model. 3. The Producer may change the terms and conditions of the 3D Model with prior notice in the event that the use of the 3D Model cannot be handled in accordance with the terms and conditions. By continuing to use the 3D Model after the change, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the changed terms of use. 4. The publication of the 3D Model may be suspended without prior notice. 5. If you wish to share the 3D Model with other organizations, companies, or groups, please contact the producer separately. 6. In the event that any violation of the Terms of Use including modification of the 3D Model is recognized, or in the event that the Producer deems it necessary, the Producer may suspend the use of the 3D Model and take any other measures that the Producer deems necessary and appropriate. Section 2 ＜Prohibited Matters 1. It is prohibited to falsify the creator or copyright holder of this 3D model. 2. It is prohibited to redistribute or sell the data contained in this product to non-buyers, regardless of whether it has been modified or not. 3. It is prohibited to make the 3D model available for download to non-buyers. 4. It is prohibited to make the 3D model available to unspecified parties other than the purchaser on SNS or games that allow uploading of avatars. (e.g. Public setting of VRChat, pedestal function, etc.) 5. Use of the 3D Model for criminal acts, antisocial activities, or anything that the creator deems unsuitable for use is prohibited. 6. The distribution of creative works in which the data of this 3D model can be easily extracted is prohibited. Item 3 ＜Permissions 1. Permission is granted to upload avatars to SNS and games where avatars can be uploaded with settings that only the purchaser can use. 2. Permission is granted to use this 3D model for R-18 and R-18G. (However, segregation shall be strictly enforced.) 3. Permission is granted to convert the data in a way that only the purchaser can use it. 4. Permission is granted to use the 3D models and designs for creative activities such as profit-making video distribution, coterie activities, video works, and illustrations. 5. You are allowed to install them as part of the world objects of VRChat. 6. Permission is granted to use them as game assets in games that are distributed or sold by the user. Section 4 ＜Modification 1. Alteration of this 3D model is prohibited except for the following. 1-2. Enlargement or reduction of the size of the 3D model is allowed without damaging the design of the original data. 1-3. Materials and textures may be changed without affecting the design of the original data. 2. You may wear the 3D model as a modified or altered avatar for use only by the purchaser. 3. Sharing of the 3D model, including modification, between purchasers is permitted.
