This particle is inspired by a spell from Elden Ring called Stars of Ruin, I liked it so I made something similar to it. hope you enjoy it! The rotation constraint goes to your head or whatever you wanna use to aim it. Then just animate toggling the "spawner" on and off to turn the particles on and off, you can keep the rest on. Then you should be all good to go! Enjoy!
