Last update：20th, July 2023 1. 本ページからのデジタルコンテンツ（ボイスモデルを含むがそれに限られない）の購入により、本規約の条項に従うことに同意したものとみなされます。 2. デジタルコンテンツの購入 ユーザーは、本ページを通じてボイスモデルを購入することができます。ボイスモデルを購入した後、ユーザーは、本規約で指定された条件下で、個人用およびビジネス用途で当該ボイスモデルを使用するライセンスを付与されます。 3. ライセンスと制限 ボイスモデルを購入すると、以下の制限事項に従い、個人およびビジネス目的でボイスモデルを使用するための非独占的、かつ、譲渡不可、かつ、取り消し可能なライセンスが付与されます： - 購入者が個人である場合、このライセンスは個人が当該ボイスモデルを使用することを許可します。 - 購入者が会社または他の組織である場合、このライセンスは組織内の単一の個人が当該ボイスモデルを使用することを許可します。 - ボイスモデルを第三者に販売、賃貸、リース、サブライセンス、またはその他の形で譲渡することはできません。 - ボイスモデルを改変、翻案、またはその基に派生作品を作成することはできません。 - ボイスモデルを法に違反する目的や、人物または団体を害する、損害を与える、または評価を下げるような方法で使用することはできません。 4. 保証の否認と責任の制限 本ページで提供されるデジタルコンテンツは現状有姿で提供され、いかなる種類の保証もありません。我々は、明示または黙示を問わず、全ての保証、特に商品性と特定目的への適合性の黙示保証を否認します。また、本ページから購入したボイスモデルの使用または使用不能から生じる損害（データの損失や利益の損失、ビジネスの中断による損害を含むがこれに限定されない）について、いかなる場合でも責任を負いません。 5. ユーザーの責任 ユーザーは、本ページから購入したボイスモデルの使用に関して全面的な責任を負い、ユーザーのボイスモデルの使用に関連して生じる可能性がある請求、責任、損害、損失、および費用（合理的な法的費用を含むがこれに限られない）について、販売元を免責、防御、損害賠償することに同意します。 6. 反社会的勢力の排除 ユーザーは、組織犯罪団体、テロリスト、またはその他の違法または有害な活動を行う団体など、反社会的勢力を支援または推進すると考えられる行為や行動を行わないことに同意します。販売元は、ユーザーが反社会的勢力と関わっていると判明した場合、ユーザーのウェブサイトへのアクセスを終了し、ボイスモデルの使用ライセンスを取り消す権利を有します。 1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing digital content from us (hereafter "Seller"), you (hereafter "User") accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. 2. Purchasing Voice Models User can purchase digital voice models through this page. After purchasing a voice model, User is granted a license to use the model for both personal and business purposes under the terms and conditions specified in this agreement. 3. License and Restrictions Upon purchasing a voice model, User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the voice model for both personal and business purposes, subject to the following restrictions: - If User is an individual, this license allows usage of the voice model by the individual. - If User is a company or other organization, this license allows usage of the voice model by a single individual within the organization. - User may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the voice model to any third party. - User may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the voice model. - User may not use the voice model for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could harm, damage, or disparage any person or entity. 4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability The digital content, including voice models, provided on this page are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. Seller disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Seller or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the voice models purchased from this page. 5. User Responsibility User is solely responsible for its use of the voice models purchased from this page and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seller from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with User's use of the voice models. 6. Anti-Social Forces User agrees not to engage in any activities or conduct that may be considered as supporting or promoting anti-social forces, such as organized crime groups, terrorists, or any other entities that engage in illegal or harmful activities. Seller reserves the right to terminate User's access to the website and revoke User's license to use the voice models if User is found to be involved with any anti-social forces.
