Term Explanations: 3D Asset: Refers to a digital, three-dimensional model or object created for use in virtual environments, simulations, games, or other digital media. It may include, but is not limited to, models, textures, animations, and associated files. Product: In the context of this Agreement, a "Product" refers to any project, creation, or application developed by the User that incorporates or utilizes the 3D Asset, either in its original form or after modification. User: The "User" refers to the individual or entity that has obtained a license to use, modify, and incorporate the 3D Asset into their projects, products, or creations, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Seller: The "Seller" refers to the individual or entity that is the original owner or creator of the 3D Asset, who grants the license to the User under the terms specified in this Agreement. The Seller may also be referred to as the "Owner." By accepting this Agreement, the User acknowledges and understands the meanings of these terms and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. 3D ASSET LICENSE AGREEMENT This 3D Asset License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between the Seller ("Owner") and the Licensee ("User"). This Agreement governs the use of the 3D asset described herein. 1. Grant of License: 1.1 Scope of License: Owner grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and incorporate the 3D asset into User's projects, products, or creations, whether for personal or commercial use. 1.2 Restrictions: User is expressly prohibited from: Reselling the 3D asset on its own or redistributing it to third parties as a standalone product. Using the 3D asset in a manner that infringes upon any third-party intellectual property rights. Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover the source code of the 3D asset. 2. Use in VRChat: 2.1 Public Avatars: User is allowed to use the 3D asset in publicly accessible avatars within the VRChat platform, subject to VRChat's terms of service and community guidelines. 2.2 Private Avatars: User is allowed to use the 3D asset in avatars intended for private use within the VRChat platform, provided such use complies with VRChat's terms of service. 2.3 Worlds: User may incorporate the 3D asset into virtual worlds created and hosted on the VRChat platform, subject to VRChat's terms of service. 3. Intellectual Property: 3.1 Ownership: Seller retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the 3D asset, including all intellectual property rights. 4. Warranty and Liability: 4.1 As-Is: The 3D asset is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. 4.2 Limitation of Liability: Seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the 3D asset. 5. Termination: 5.1 Termination for Convenience: Either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason by providing written notice to the other party. 5.2 Effect of Termination: User shall immediately cease all use of the 3D asset and delete all copies in their possession. 6. Miscellaneous: 6.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. 6.2 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements. By using the 3D asset, User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement is effective as of the date of acceptance by User.
Usage
Import the Unitypackage, Place and Unpack the Prefab and plance the Models as you need in your hiarchy and world.
