Place the PNG on the layer above Dress ( (Long sleeve) It's found under presets near the bottom. I can't find it in custom templates). It has only been tested on the Dress (Long sleeve) but if you have Krita (Or any drawing software) then you should be able to move it around, resize, or change the looks of it until it fits your fancy. Credit preferred but not necessary.
