This low-poly ceiling fan have 1 359 quads You will receive the fbx file with a folder containing the textures adapted for Unity (3DCore/URP). (WARNING:Due to corrupted files,I cannot provide the PRB textures for this item,I'm sorry). There is also a Unity package with a prefab containing a light set-up and a animation.
