The Artist retains all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark rights, and any other proprietary rights, in and to the artwork. 2. Non-Distribution and Non-Sale: a. You may not distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or make available any artwork created by the Artist to any third party without prior written consent from the Artist. b. You may not reproduce, modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the artwork without prior written consent from the Artist. 3. Personal Use Exception: a. The artwork may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only. b. You CAN use this on a Vtuber model, even if you make money. By accessing or using any artwork created by the Artist, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
